Bookings and cancelations:
The formalization of the reservation of the entire house or by rooms, will be made prior to deposit of 30% of the total price by payment through paypal or card. After this reservation, Ca l ‘Ermitanyo, will confirm it by email where it will state the name of the establishment, identification of the tourist making the reservation, stay and contracted services, number of people, entry and exit date, total price of the stay and the services reserved, as well as the special conditions agreed with the client .
If booking cancellations are made 30 calendar days in advance or more, there is no cancellation penalty. Outside of this period, Ca l ‘Ermitanyo-Casa Torre Blanca does not return the deposit.
Ca l’Ermitanyo allows two types of rental according to seasons.
- Rent the whole house: available throughout the year. When booking the entire house, other guests cannot reserve rooms. Total privacy! From 8 to 12 people.
- Room rental: not available during long weekends and holidays, Christmas, Easter, Sant Joan , July and August. The house has 4 fully equipped rooms. Breakfast included.
Note: In the case of a group, when the house can be rented by rooms or as a whole, because the season allows it; the rental option will be to rent the entire house.
Equipment and services:
The house is equipped with:
- In the rooms: Bedding, towels, hairdryer, refrigerator and TV.
- In the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, induction cooker and microwave; Kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, tablecloths and napkins. It also has cleaning utensils: garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen paper; scouring pad, cloth, rags, dish soap (machine and hand); Small appliances such as toaster, mixer, …
- It offers a basket of firewood for the ground fire, 1 sack of charcoal for the barbecue, matches and tablets to light the fire (extra service price: 4€).
Extra places (over 8):
The places in the whole house can go from 8 to 12 people, distributed in 4 rooms (two rooms allow to expand this capacity: “El Cavall i la Suitte”). The cost of an extra place per night is 20€.
When renting by rooms the cost of the extra space up to 12 years: € 26, 12 years or older: € 36. (except for specific offers). Baby cots and additional beds are subject to availability.
The client is aware that he is staying in a rural house, to do Rural Tourism, for his enjoyment, rest and accommodation. The accommodation or concentration of people beyond the contracted places is not allowed.
Check in / check out:
Clients at the time of their admission to the accommodation, will present identification document to be able to check in and will pay the total amount of the contracted services. In the case of full house reservation, the remaining payment will be made in cash and a deposit of 200€ will also be deposited, which Ca l’Ermitano will return in full within 72 hours, once the absence of damage to the home and common areas has been verified.
Upon departure, the client must report incidents and damages that have occurred during their stay, so that they can be replaced or repaired, and thus contribute to ensuring the continuity of service to other clients.
The time of entry and exit when the entire house is rented:
September to June
-On weekends, holidays and long weekends, it is established from 5:00 p.m. and departure until 8:00 p.m. (provided that the long weekend is complete).
– From Monday to Thursday that does not coincide with long weekends or holidays, the check-in time is set at 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is set until 10 a.m.
July and August
-The check-in time is established from 4:00 p.m. and the check-out until 10 a.m.
The time of entry and exit when renting by rooms:
– The schedule is established from 3:00 p.m. and the check-out until 12 h, including weekends.
The 4 rooms are double, Ca l’Ermitanyo, on weekends that can be rented by rooms, it does not offer individual occupancy rates, it only offers them from Monday to Thursday that don’t coincide with holidays and long weekends.
There are two rooms that offer the possibility of expanding extra places if necessary: “El cavall i la Suitte.”
Tourist tax:

Rural Tourism Houses and Tourist Apartments 0.50 euros / person / night. (Excluded from the rate persons aged 16 years or less.)
10% VAT included in the price.
